* The fee is $50 per share of a season’s worth of produce, which can be broken up into two payments
* Participants are asked to come to one of our two groundbreaking weekends, which will be kind of little parties. We'll have music and refreshments, and it'll be a fun way to get work done.
* We'll have time slots for you to choose depending on when you want to tend the garden, of probably an hour to two hours per slot. (Weekends and weekdays are both available.) We'll be flexible if you can't make it for your scheduled slot and want to change your time once in a while. People have lives, and we understand that.
* You pick up your produce when you come tend the garden.
* Harvests are subject to the vagaries of weather. We all share the risks and the rewards of gardening. We cannot be held liable for any destruction of crops outside of our control.
* We cannot provide refunds for any reason. We're a essentially single-income family, and giving refunds effects our ability to pay our bills and keep this garden thriving. As importantly, we want a smoothly running community garden with stable membership.
* Children are welcome, as long as they are supervised (if under 15 years of age) and their parents teach them to be gentle to the plants and to avoid walking in the growing beds.
